Petjew's personalized products require customers to understand photo upload, engraving, variant options and delivery before ordering. The existing Ella-theme experience needed clearer guidance, better mobile usability and stronger page speed.
I migrated the store from Ella to Dawn, improved performance and the responsive shopping journey, and made photo upload, engraving, variant options and delivery details easier to understand. I also built a Node.js Shopify integration that reads product weights and metafields, checks current silver prices and updates product prices in real time using predefined rules.
The automated pricing flow contributed to stronger conversion and higher average order value while reducing pricing questions and the team's recurring support workload.
